Online Exit Interviews

Conducting exit interviews when staff leave an organisation can provide some of the most open and honest feedback available. By completing an exit interview questionnaire online, employees are more likely to complete the questions and provide honest feedback.

Questionnaires can be sent out by email, with the email containing a link to a secure website. The employee is then guided through a series of questions, with an automatic notification sent back when their answers have been completed. See below for screenshots.

We have developed a range of questions that can be included at no additional cost in our employee surveys. These have been created by our HR team to provide the information we believe is most useful for employers and to give important insight into the reasons why staff leave.

Questions cover what employees think about their job, line manager, the Company, work environment and their reasons for leaving.

One annual fee of £ 600 / $ 975 or € 750 (+VAT/tax as applicable) gives access to the online exit interview system. There is no limit on the number of interviews that can be completed or the number of questions that can be added.

An extensive selection of questions is included to help you get started. These questions can be edited if required or added to (or replaced entirely) with your own questions. The system is fully customisable, including the facility to include your own branding on the exit interview completion web pages that employees access.

A full range of management reports and graphs are available, with drill-down facilities to navigate from summary to detail information. Reports can also be exported, with an Adobe Acrobat PDF export facility to ensure easy management reporting. Charts are used to show individual question detail, organisational overview and trends over time.

Employees are sent completion requests by email. No username/password is required - the email contains a secure link that the employee simply clicks on to begin the exit interview.

A range of graphs are available that show overview and summary information, with drill-down through to individual question and employee detail reports. Reports can be exported as Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
