Interview Assessment Forms
These two forms for assessing candidates at interview provide suggested questions and assessment criteria. They are flexible, easy to use and cover a wide range of issues.
Interview Assessment Form
This form can be used during the interview to help you (or a manager) assess candidate skills and experience. A range of interview questions are included that can be asked, with space for comments and a suggested rating mechanism.
The form also includes space to add your own essential and desirable criteria.
A brief introduction provides a suggested Company Interview Policy and highlights the objectives of the interview process.
Post-interview Assessment and Scoring
A second form is also included to help ensure a range of information about candidates is considered, including experience, knowledge and suitability. Each of the criteria includes a series of descriptions to help an interviewer decide how to score a candidate.
The forms are helpful in assessing candidates, comparing individuals and making selection decisions. In addition to making the selection process easier, the forms also ensure accurate records are kept of the decision making process - vital in the event of any discrimination claims that need to be defended.
Both forms are provided as Microsoft Word documents and can therefore be modified if required.
