Our performance management system lets you carryout:
- 360 degree appraisals (self appraisal, line managers, peers, subordinates, customers etc.)
- 180 degree appraisals (self appraisal and manager appraisal)
- Probationary period reviews
- Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual appraisals
- Competency based appraisals
You can also include training, development and learning activities, goals and objectives, and also comment on performance exhibited.
