We'll also only charge you one amount per employee per year no matter how many appraisals you conduct or appraisal requests you send out for the employee over a 12 month period.

This means you can assessess each of your employees as many times as you wish, assign as many appraisers to an employee as you wish, email as many appraisal requests as you wish and print appraisal reports as many times as you wish, all at no extra charge.

You can also create as many appraisal questions and as have as many categories of employees as you need.

For your annual fee over the next 12 month period you will be able to:

• Conduct as many performance appraisal reviews as you like on an employee
• Invite as many appraisers as you wish to review the individuals performance in their role
• Print off a performance review report outlining the individuals performance in their role

Your annual fee also includes five years off-site storage and retention of your performance appraisal data, allowing you to compare appraisal results over time.

There is no catch, no initial setup fee, no mimum charge and no software required.
