Each competency and behaviour forms a quality needed by organisational leaders, line managers or team members and can be identified as either a

By identifying a core competency as a leadership, line management or team member quality an organisation can compare like-for-like across roles, departments, seniority and the organisation as a whole.

Using our core competencies and key bahaviours could not be easier. You can simply use our questions as they are, change them to suit your organisation or create your own core competencies from scratch, the choice is yours.

There is also no limit to the number of times each of our questions can be used. As an added bonus we have also categorised each question as a skill required by a Leader, Manager or Team Member.
