Questions can be rated on a scale that you select or adapt (for example, from 0 to 10, 1 to 5, half increments, single step increments etc.). Space for appraisers to add their own comments can also be provided (if you wish).
Web Based, with No Software or Hardware to Install
The appraisal system is fully hosted in a secure Internet data centre, with no need for you or your IT department to install any hardware or software. All administration, and the appraisals themselves, are accessed from a web browser. An Internet connection and a web browser is all that is required - we even have clients who conduct appraisals from their BlackBerry mobiles! As the system is Internet based, appraisals (and administration) can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection, at any time.
The data centre is fully secured and maintained in a top-tier data centre in London's Docklands. High speed redundant Internet connectivity ensures the highest level of access and fault tolerance. Administrators and appraisers can connect to the appraisal system with any modern web browser and are encrypted and secured with a SSL certificate guaranteed by VeriSign.
Interactive and Realtime Reporting
Reports begin to take shape as soon as the first appraiser has provided their answers. Overall progress towards completion can be viewed, by reminder emails sent to appraisers if required. Reports can be exported and printed as Acrobat PDF documents, or can be accessed online. Summary reports can be drilled down to team summaries, or even down to specific appraiser's comments for individual appraisees.
Straightforward Traditional Appraisals, or Advanced Multi-Rater Appraisals
Performance Appraisals can vary from traditional manager - employee appraisals, through to full 360 degree multi-rater appraisals, with feedback from as many appraisers as required. Appraisers might include an employee's line manager, their peers, subordinates and senior managers. External appraisers can also be added, for example customers or suppliers that an employee deals with.
Appraisal types can be combined, allowing some appraisees to have full 360 degree appraisals, with others being assessed with traditional manager - employee appraisals.
Simple and Transparent Pricing
There is no setup, no registration and no installation fees - just a single annual charge for each appraisee.
Each appraisee can be appraised annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or even monthly if required for no extra charge. (Appraisal frequency can vary between employees if required, allowing for example new hires to be appraised more frequently during their probationary period.) If multi-rater (360 degree) appraisals are required, each appraisee can have as many appraisers as required for no additional charge.
