Induction checklist & programme form
These two forms provide a structured approach to inducting new employees into their role and your organisation, and aids employee engagement from day one.
Both forms help managers and HR plan for new recruits joining, including issuing, obtaining and recording vital information about new starters and compliance with legal responsibility and regulations.
Induction Checklist

- communicate internal policies, procedures and employee handbook.
- confirm understanding of role requirements and internal processes.
- ensure completion of tasks during first few weeks of employment.
- issue health, safety and welfare guidance material.
- issue equipment and usage manuals.
- set up initial and on-going introductions and meetings.
- complete tasks during and before the probation period ends.
Induction Programme
This form provides a blank canvas for line mangers to list essential role, departmental and company induction and probation activities that need to be undertaken by an individual new starter. This form also acts as a record that essential tasks have been undertaken, completed and on what date.
