Grievance Policy
The grievance policy and procedures set out in writing how grievances should be raised, and what the course of action will be.
Examples of expected timescales are indicated, based on accepted practices.
The procedures explain what needs to be done, by whom and by when.
An explanation is also given as to how malicious or fraudulent grievances will be dealt with.
