Appeals against Formal Disciplinary Warning Decisions
The focus of these letters is on dealing with employees who appeal against a formal disciplinary warning decision (e.g. first written or final written warning, or disciplinary dismissal after warnings, or gross misconduct dismissal), in accordance with 2009 Discipline and Dismissal Arrangements on dealing with disciplinary appeals.
