We aim to make all our documents easy to understand and use, yet fully compliant with current employment legislation and recommended best practice. Our online purchase process is designed to be straightforward to use, yet safe, secure and reliable. Your privacy and security is extremely important to us.
We also provide online tools to help employers manage their staff and their business more effectively. Our online performance management tool is designed to improve the performance appraisal & review process whilst allowing clients to get started immediately. The system is fully hosted in our data centre, requiring no software installation or maintenance by our clients.
Our history and background
HR-Fundamentals was started in 2002 by Helen Ramsey and Stephen Simmons. Our initial focus on simplifying complex employment issues as much as we can remains as important to us today as when we started.
Helen Ramsey, Director of Consultancy
Helen oversees the creation and maintenance of our legal forms, employment letters and employer guidance. In addition, Helen advises clients about current and future employment issues and takes a strong interest in employment legislation. Helen has over seventeen years of Human Resource management and personnel development.
As a Chartered Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Helen is committed to developing and delivering key human resource management tools for the future.
Stephen Simmons, Director of Technology
With responsibility for our industry leading ecommerce website and service delivery platforms, Stephen's technical background in software design and development is essential to our business. Stephen has recently lead the development of both our new website and online performance appraisal system.
Stephen is an advocate of open source software and is the technical architect for our next generation of open source HR software and database systems.
